Return & Refund Policy
1. No Returns
Since our products are downloadable and intangible, we do not accept returns. Once a digital file has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned.
2. Refunds
We stand by the quality of our digital coloring books, but we understand that issues can sometimes arise.
You are eligible for a full refund ONLY if:
- The file is proven to be defective or corrupt (e.g., the PDF won’t open, the pages are unreadable, or the file is damaged).
- You accidentally purchased the exact same item more than once. (You must contact us promptly after the duplicate purchase.)
- The item description was significantly misleading compared to the actual product.
You are NOT eligible for a refund if:
- You changed your mind after downloading the product.
- You purchased the wrong book by mistake (unless it’s a duplicate of a book you already own from us).
- You don’t have the necessary software to open the file (e.g., a PDF reader), but the file itself is confirmed to be working.
- The purchase was made more than 30 days ago.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe your purchase qualifies for a refund under the terms above:
- Contact us immediately at info@colorflowz.com with the subject line: “Refund Request.”
- Include your order number (or the email address used for the purchase) and a detailed explanation of the issue (e.g., “File won’t open,” “Duplicate charge”).
- We may ask you to provide a screenshot or other evidence of the issue so we can verify the claim or attempt to resolve the technical issue first by sending you a new, working link.
4. Processing the Refund
- Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank or payment processor).
- Please note: If we are able to resolve a technical issue (like a broken download link) by sending you a corrected file or link, a refund will not be issued.
